"Solid Experience Overall"
I ordered from them once and everything showed up just like it was supposed to. Tracking was easy to follow, no drama at all. smooth experience and I’d definitely buy from them again, no cap

"Nice jersey, just a little thinner than expected"
I actually really like the jersey. It feels good on and the stitching seems solid, so no complaints there. I did take off one star because the fabric is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but overall... still a nice jersey...

My cap showed up with the brim bent, so I sent over a couple pictures and, umm, they got a replacement out to me really quickly. No hassle or back and forth, which was better than I expected.

The colors are close to what I expected. I’d say they’re about as accurate as you’d hope for, maybe just a tiny bit different depending on the lighting, but overall I’m happy with them...

"Arrived on time, but packaging could be better"
My order showed up on time, which was great, but umm, the packaging was just okay. The box had a few dents and the item was kind of loose inside. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it’d be nice if it was packed a bit more securely next time.

"Return Info Was Actually Clear"
I checked shopjustsports.com before ordering because I was absolutely not about to guess on sizing and get stuck with something. Their return policy was easy to find, with the time limit and condition details laid out clearly. I’m giving 4 stars because I definitely had to reread a couple parts just to be 100% sure, but overall it wasn’t confusing at all. Seriously, it’s so much better when a site doesn’t try to hide the basic return info.

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I had a feeling shopjustsports would be easier to use than a lot of other sports gear sites, that turned out to be true. I used the search and filters to pick the team and size I needed, and it narrowed things down really fast. I didn’t have to scroll through a million random items like I usually do elsewhere. Checkout was simple too, which just confirmed for me that this is a site I’d probably use again.

Got my order from shopjustsports and everything came just how I picked it!! Right size, right team, and the color matched perfectly. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy since everything was accurate and nothing was missing.

"Finally Found My Size"
I don’t know what else I was supposed to do when every other site was sold out in my size, but luckily shopjustsports actually had it in stock. I ordered my normal size and it fit just fine, so no complaints there. The site was easy enough to use, and I didn’t have to settle for some random size like I usually do. i’d buy from them again.

"Took Longer Than I Expected"
My issue did get solved in the end, but it took longer than I was hoping. I was checking other people’s experiences to see if this was normal, and it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had to wait a bit. Glad it’s fixed now, but the timing could definitely be better.

"Pretty frustrating support experience"
I ordered from shopjustsports.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service about an issue with my order. It took long to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. The response was basic and didn’t actually help much, so I had to figure most of it out on my own. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was frustrating

"Good Experience Overall"
I ordered from Just Sports and everything showed up in good shape, which was nice. The tracking was a little slow to update at first, so I wasn’t totally sure where the package was for a day or two, but once it kicked in, everything went smoothly. The item looked exactly right when it arrived. I’d definitely order from them again, just hoping the tracking updates a bit faster next time.

"Way More Options Than I Expected"
I was just casually looking around, totally calm and not at all planning to buy anything, but the site had way more than I expected. There were tons of team gear options, different styles, and it was easy to find the right sizes. Somehow I ended up with a hoodie and a cap in my cart, because apparently I have self-control. Overall, really nice selection and better than a few other sports shops I checked.
